Dr Alexandra Homolar is Reader of International Security at the University of Warwick, United Kingdom. She is releasing a new book titled "The Uncertainty Doctrine: Narrative Politics and US Hard Power after the Cold War" (Cambridge University Press, 2023) and a volume co-edited with Brent J. Steele on "Ontological Insecurities and the Politics of Contemporary Populism" (Routledge, 2023). She currently holds a Leverhulme Research Fellowship for her project, Populist Fantasyland, and is also the lead of Speaking International Security at Warwick and co-lead of the Research in Global Governance Network.
