Molina is the National President of the Asian Australian Lawyers Association. She is also the first South Asian woman to be elected President Elect of the Law Institute of Victoria. She is an experienced commercial lawyer having practiced at top-tier Australian law firms and the Victorian Government Solicitor's Office and in the Supreme Court of India.
Molina also serves on various boards including AMES Australia, Graduate House of the University of Melbourne, Good Shepherd ANZ, Gymnastics Victoria, AFL South East Commission, Table Tennis Victoria and Australasian Centre for Human Rights and Health. She is also the co-founder of the Asian Australian Alliance and the founder of the organisation Multicultural Women in Sport.
She has received multiple awards for her work including the Victorian Multicultural Award for Excellence twice.
Ms. Rohini Kappadath is the General Manager at the Immigration Museum and on the Executive Leadership Team for Museums Victoria. Ms. Kappadath has over 25 years’ experience working in Australian and Asian markets across diverse industries, particularly in Information Technology. In 2015, she was awarded the Victorian Winner of the Telstra Business Women’s award in the Corporate and Private Category. Ms. Kappadath is the former Chair Ministerial Business Advisory Council and Commonwealth Bank Cultural Diversity Advisory Council.
Mr. Robert Law is the Director of Advisory & Insights at Asialink Business. Mr. Law has extensive experience in advising businesses on how to unlock their growth potentials in Southeast Asia, North Asia and India. He is also a trusted advisor to Federal and State governments on policies and programs to boost business engagement in Asia. Prior to his role at Asialink Business, Mr. Law held roles at DFAT and the Office of National Intelligence (ONI).
Dr. Pradeep Taneja is a Senior Lecturer in Asian Politics, Political Economy and International Relations at the University of Melbourne, where he is also an Academic Fellow at the Australia India Institute and a member of the Centre for Contemporary Chinese Studies. Previously, Dr. Taneja was Director of International Programs in the Graduate School of Management at La Trobe University and currently sits on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Asian Security and International Affairs.
